Breakfast
Select your favorite traditional breakfast meal such as Huevos Rancheros - eggs cooked to your liking over corn tortillas, with hot molcajete sauce, cheese, black beans, green onion, and cilantro.
Or Chilaquiles, accompanied with either red or green spicy sauce, beans, panela cheese, red onion, local cream, and cheese - topped with eggs or chicken.
Lunch
For lunch try a light Caesar salad, a dish surprisingly invented in Mexico in the 1920s, choosing the dressing and compliment of your choice.
Or perhaps a delicious Coconut shrimp rolled in breadcrumbs with a sprinkling of shredded coconut; sauteed and served with an audacious tropical relish, and a mango or ginger dipping sauce.

Dinner

Be prepared for opulence if ordering a Tuna Selado (seared tuna), encrusted in black sesame seeds, with a sweet soy sauce to add a gentle taste of sheer luxury.
