For those who have dreamed of getting away from it all, La Troza offers the tranquility and solitude that only comes from renting a private beach house for your Puerto Vallarta vacation.
Rates start at just $250 USD per night for a couple, $50 per night for each additional person, including children. We have a three night minimum reservation policy. Holiday rates apply to Christmas, New Years and Easter weeks.
We require a one night deposit to make a reservation, which may be paid by check or money order. Rates subject to change unless confirmed by deposit. Full payment must be made 30 days in advance. In the event of a cancellation, we require a minimum of 3 days notice.

An Important Message Regarding La Troza
Surrounded by jungle-covered mountains and the sparkling blue Pacific, La Troza Beach House sits on one of the only private beaches in Puerto Vallarta, so you'll feel like you are on a secluded tropical island, rather than a tourist destination.
As such, spending your Puerto Vallarta vacation at La Troza is recommended for the adventurous and physically fit. Since the beach house is accessible only by boat, you may have to jump off the panga boat onto the sand, and you have to be able to lift yourself (with help) into the panga for the return trip.
At certain times of the year, the waves in front of the house are too big to bring the boat safely to shore so you may have to walk to La Troza from the next beach over, which is a 25 minute hike along a beautiful beach. Our staff will help with your bags, however, we suggest that you pack as lightly and compactly as possible.
La Troza is not recommended for people who have serious health issues, and may need immediate emergency care. There is a cell phone on site but, due to the difficulty of getting to the beach house, help may be hours away. Children are welcome at La Troza, but small toddlers or non-swimmers are not advised.
